- Hilfe holen. Wachen und Ortskundige nennen dir Ziele, siehe Karte und Orientierung.

Gut zu wissen
- Wickkeeper. Sie stehen an Friedhöfen: in Lantern Acre, Reedhouse, Tidemark Post, Lamplighters' Row, Lanterford und Minehead Yard. Stirbst du, kehrst du hier ins Leben zurück, siehe Tod, Geist und Wickkeeper.
- Gasthäuser. Es gibt drei: The Ninth Bell in Ambercombe, The Ferry Light in Lanterford und The Lamp and Ledger in Lanterhall.
Beispiel
Du bist Priest, Stufe 7, in Ambercombe. Abends gehst du zum Gasthaus The Lamp and Ledger in Lamplighters' Row und bindest dort deinen Lantern Wick.

English
In short: The game world consists of three zones and a dungeon: Whitmere (levels 1 to 10), Lanterhall (the capital) and Lanterford Vale (levels 10 to 15), plus Slackwater Mine (levels 12 to 16). The tables show where to find inn, trainers, vendors, bank and Wickkeeper.
How it works
- Choose a zone. A freshly created character starts in Whitmere and moves from Ambercombe via Fallow Row and Reedhouse to Tidemark Post. From level 10 Lanterford Vale lies ahead. Lanterhall is a zone of its own for all levels.
- Find a place. Every zone is divided into areas. The level bands show where you fight best.
- Get help. Guards and locals name destinations, see Map and finding your way.

Slackwater Mine (dungeon, levels 12 to 16)
The entrance is in Minehead Yard. You enter the mine as a group of at most five players. The dungeon has three bosses in the rooms Wage Hall, Brood Gallery and The Ebb Seam, with the Drowned Shaft in between. More on Slackwater Mine and Groups and dungeons.
Good to know
- Wickkeepers. They stand at graveyards: in Lantern Acre, Reedhouse, Tidemark Post, Lamplighters' Row, Lanterford and Minehead Yard. When you die, you return to life here, see Death, ghosts and the Wickkeeper.
- Inns. There are three: The Ninth Bell in Ambercombe, The Ferry Light in Lanterford and The Lamp and Ledger in Lanterhall. There you bind your Lantern Wick.
- Practice dummies. One dummy stands next to the start in Ambercombe, several on the practice ground in Muster Yard in Lanterhall. A dummy does not move, never dies and gives no experience. The prompt “Use” appears only if an active quest needs it.
- Guards. Guards in all places mark destinations on your map on request.
- Vendors. All vendors belong to Lanterhall; standing lowers their prices.
- More about the places. The archive tells the history of the places: Whitmere, Ambercombe, Lanterhall, Lanterford Vale.
Example
You are a level 7 Priest in Ambercombe. Lisbet Orme teaches only ranks up to 6, so you go to Amis Rudd at Tidemark Post, who teaches up to rank 10. Later you need all ranks and talent points: Joss Wenlock in Keeping House in Lanterhall offers that. In the evening you go to the inn The Lamp and Ledger in Lamplighters' Row and bind your Lantern Wick there.
