Stand 31. Oktober 2026, Entwurf.
Wer was tut.

As of 31 October 2026, draft. In villages and towns the people are not only scenery to talk to: many visibly work. Depending on their trade, they stand or sit at an activity that fits their place.
Who does what. Traders stand at their market stalls, people in the fields tend the crops, fishers and ferry hands fish at landing stages, banks and quays. Laundresses and water carriers wash at wells and yards, craftspeople work at workplaces and in front of workshops and doors. Innkeepers cook in the inn, and guests eat sitting down. Guards stand watch, and lamplighters make their round in the evening. There is also reading at the notice board, strolling, chatting in pairs and resting on benches. Where a dedicated picture is still missing, the posture alone carries the activity; that is a placeholder.
Daily rhythm. Activities are tied to the bells of the day. By day people work, at meal times many sit in the inn, in the evening they go home and at night it is calmer. Because not everyone sets off at once, the people of a household start out staggered. The distribution is capped so that not too many do the same thing in the same spot. See also Town life, distribution and night.
Lanterhall. The distribution there is tuned as well so that roads do not clog; the canal bridges remain walkable.
Personal requests. Requests that residents give out of their own need are planned but not yet in the game. There is no date.
